si tu vrei sa slabesti asa?????????
daca lucrezi o anumita grupa musculara(abdomen,coapse,glutei ).....adica efort anaerob vei arde in primu rand carbohidratii depozitati sub forma de glicogen.......grasimile ajung sa fie folosite ca energie in timpul efortului aerob
concluzia e ca ai nevoie de amandoua deoarece in timpul efortului anaerob vei arde multe calorii si iti vei imbunatatii metabolismul si antrenamente cardio care vor utiliza grasimile ca sursa de energie...............si nu in ultimul rand o dieta echilibrata
cam asa sta treaba daca vrei sa slabesti  |

stratul de tesut adipos scade de pe tot corpu nu doar de pe burta
pt abdo:exercitii anaerobice:abdomene+ridicari de trunchi.........cel putin 3 serii din amandoua..........asta pt dezvoltarea musculaturii din zona
insa esentialu ramane alergarea,bicicleta,inotu....de cel putin 3 ori pe saptamana.......incepi cu 15 min de alergare.....si in timp cresti pana la maximum 45 min................insa nu trb uitata
alimentatia......depinde de regimu tau alimentar  |

Draga n-am inteles nimic din postul tau. Poti sa fii ceva mai concludent??
Dar sa nu ma pui sa ma duc la aerobic, OK? Nici la abdomene, OK? Nici la sala, OK?
DEEEECI sa va informez dragilor ca m-am SUBTIAT cu 3 cm la burtonu asta gigantic si care e mult mai dragutz acum ca nu mi-e umflat.. deci se mentine constant, intr-o saptamana m-am subtiat
Ma duc sa-mi fac peste!
Legumele au gust de rahat. M-am cam saturat sa mananc legume fierte in special varza asta de Bruxelles cu care-s intoxicate toate pachetelele de legume mexicane Din atatea sortimente de pachetele gasesti 1 sau 2 care sa nu aiba nenorocita asta de varza in ea. Dar alea au mazare  _________________ Rap me tender coz im sensitive. |

Pt abdomene.... culcat pe spate , pe fata sau amundoua? Se mai fac abdomene si cu picioarele in pozitie ridicata(panta inclinata) precum si prin ridicarea simultana a picioarelor si a trunchiului....
