Sigur ca cafeaua e foarte buna dupa o noapte crancena de betie  O cafea espresso, pregatita la vas, cu miere in loc de zahar pentru ca mierea e mai repede absorbita de organism 
Bananele pentru ca contin mult potasiu si elimina starile de greata.
600mg Vitamin C tableta, pentru ca alcoolul elimina vitamina C din organism.
O baitza fierbinte pentru ca scoate toxinele din corp cauzate de alcool.
Si lapticul e bun, sa fie din acela cel mai gras, oricat de scarbos ar parea, a doua zi organismul are nevoie de un mic dejun format din alimente grase si prajite, se pare ca hidratii de carbon din painea prajita, proteinele din oua si grasimea te ajuta sa alungi mahmureala.
Plus muuulta multa apa (1 litru jumate, intr-un interval de un ceas) si esti pe picioare! Pentru ca deshidratarea provocata de alcool este principala cauza a mahmurelii.

De obicei cappucino, de asemenea cafea vietnameza cu lapte condensat  Cat despre liniste de obicei trebuie sa fiu pe afara cand beau cafea nu prea e liniste pe aici
