mey, am gatit aseara o salata ciudata
un amestec de ingrediente
da' a iesit bine after all ca fiica-mea nu se mai satura mancand
1/2 kg cartofi fiertzi,
1 cutie mica mazare,
1 cutie mica porumb,
1 ceapa medie (taiata julien)
2 oua,
200 gr. sunca Praga taiata patratzele,
sare
piper
100 gr maioneza
200 gr masline
pofta buna!

Iai cartofii , ii speli bine bine , cu tot cu coaja sau fara , cum preferi , ii pui in cuptor la copt pe unul din gratarele alea (nu direct pe tablie) , astepti sa se coaca si apoi ii crapi in doua si presari cascaval ras .Il bagi din nou la cuptor , tii 5 minuti si apoi papi .Sunt mortali .

Puiul pe sticla :
Se ia un pui (griller ) nu prea mare ca sa incapa in picioare in cuptor, se unge cu toate mirodeniile pe care vreti sa le folositi .Umpleti o sticla de bere de 0.5l sau o sticla asemanatoare dar din sticla si se infige in pui ( prin partea de jos ) , se aseaza totul in picioare intr-o craticioara in care ati pus de asemenea cam un sfert apa si se baga asa la cuptor .Se tine in cuptor cam 2 ore jumate .Este o bunatate si iese atat de fraged incat se rupe puiul bucati .

Sticla poate fi inlocuita si cu un borcan cu diametrul 7?9 cm. Grilajul din cuptor se pune pe ultima treapta.Grasimea puiului se va scurge in cratita .
Mai poti folosi in lo de sticla si o cutie de bere plina cu apa sau chiar cu bere .
