Wake up... Reading the forum's articles, i senced `a disturbance in the force`(like my brother says). I could only find very few posts of girls. Where are u all? Let's show these guys that we aren't just kidding around.
Leave here a message so we could find some interesting topics together, and not just for the English Section.

I don't think that the question was if you, girls are better. I think the post was meant to wake up the girls, so to say, to make you think and write.

Yeah, right ! Maybe you're one of the exceptions to the rule but, trust me, in my company, if you're a woman, you stand every possible chance to get ahead. Irrespective if you're competent or not ! It's one of those "positive discriminations" thing ! PHew !

In general men are considered better.
it's a stupid thing, but it's the rule.
for exemple, if the boss is a man (and generally he is a man), it's easier for him to work with a man, to call him whenever he wants etc
and a man has no obligation towards family  no kids, no domestic work...
