I don't think it's a question of being better or not. Let's face it: we need each other ! Whilst men have, generally speaking, more of a "hellicopter view", they lack sometimes important if not vital details. Women, on the other hand, focus too much on details and they "can't see the forest because of the trees". I haven't met (so far) any woman in a management position that has a vision and be inspiring of what she expects from her team. All I've seen, with this respect, is a bunch of high-heels, nagging, sadistic b..ches, with total lack of common sense, only good for shouting hysterically to their subordinates (males or, the horror, females), totally incapable of giving a hint, let alone a clear view, of what they need. I have seen, however, a bunch of dedicated women, loyal and efficient when they had a subordinate position, especially if it involved control or preparing documents (my assistant is one of them). I may be wrong but I dislike three kind of bosses: the stupid ones, the younger ones and females.

Well unfortunately, this motivation thing does not seem to work because we are still not talking ( i should say writing) I think i will be left alone on this subject.

with me it's all the same, ssdd (same s***t, different day), at work, my boss decided that she is not running a dental practice anymore, nooo now she is running a plantation and we are the the slaves, sometimes i feel like her in the face
but is all good.
.. now i am looking forward to learning how to fix cars i think is time for a change in career
