- Manage the development of software projects
- Understand the technology behind the software packages (Unix, Windows Servers technology, SQL databases, low level scripting and web interfaces)
- Understand the market (Telco, ISP and hosting providers)
- Understand market opportunities
- Ability to provide good leads in change management
- Follow the software product Life Cycle
- Manage the developer team
- Follow the CMM principles
- Coordinate with the other departments
- Take part to local and abroad presentations

Cerinte
- University degree (Electronics & Telecommunications, Computer Science or Automatics)
- Excellent knowledge of project management standards
- Excellent knowledge of project management software
- Knowledge of programming languages
- Good knowledge of operating systems (Unix and Windows)
- Good knowledge of web related technologies
- Good knowledge of servers market
- Very good usability knowledge
- Very good team work capabilities
- Ability to supervise and work with smart people
- Very good English skills (read and write)
- 3+ years of software management experience
- CMM knowledge is considered a PLUS
