| Multumesc!Acum insa o sa fac o pauza.Plec la Jimbolia sa iau certificatul de deces al strabunicii - imi trebuie pentru niste revendicari imobiliare in zona Recas.Vorbim peste 2 zile.Va urez numai bine la toti de pe forum! |

M-am intors!Nu este asa de simpla revendicarea.A trebuit sa duc ceritificatul de deces al strabunicii( a murit la Jimbolia in 1931).
Sa vedem acum ce mai cere Consiliul judetean Timis.
Problema a fost ca strabunicul meu a ramas vaduv pe la vreo 30 de ani
( prima sotie a murit la Jimbolia din cauza unei peritonite) si s-a recasatorit.Am dus intai actele de la ultima casatorie (certificate de nastere,de deces,acte de proprietate) apoi au cerut si actele de la prima sotie ( certificat de nastere,de casatorie,de deces).Imobilele din Recas erau insa dobandite cu sotia a-II-a( nu au avut copii).Problema este insa
complicata ca acum acele imobile sunt ocupate abuziv cu acte de proprietate false. |
